APRIL LAUGH FITNESS PROGRAMME RULES

Welcome to April Laugh’s Fitness Programme! By joining this programme, you agree to embrace your body, recognize that fitness is achievable at any shape or age, and approach this journey with positivity, fun, and a commitment to self-improvement.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Fitness Programme Rules are an integral part of your contract with us. Please read them carefully to ensure compliance. We may update these rules periodically to enhance programme effectiveness, and any changes will be communicated to you.

We prioritize a safe and productive experience for all participants. These rules outline the minimum nutritional and workout obligations required during the programme. Non-compliance may not only affect your fitness progress but also your health and safety. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

2. MEDICAL ASSESSMENT

  • Although our programme is designed with your health in mind, consultation with a physician or licensed healthcare provider is required before starting, especially if you have a history of injuries or medical conditions.

  • Our programme provides fitness and nutritional guidance but is not a substitute for medical or professional healthcare advice.

  • If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse effects during the programme, you must seek medical advice immediately and inform us.


3. ATTITUDE & MINDSET

  • Fitness is a journey, not an event—occasional setbacks are natural.

  • You agree to be respectful and kind to April Laugh personnel and fellow participants. Abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

  • Maintain a positive mindset, set realistic weekly fitness goals, and commit to consistent effort.

  • Follow additional instructions issued by your trainer, as they are designed for your benefit.


4. NUTRITION

  • A structured meal plan is provided as part of the programme to support healthy eating habits and maximize results.

  • You must follow the meal plan throughout the programme to enhance progress.

  • Daily meal tracking (including breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner) must be reported to your accountability group in line with the User Accountability Policy.

  • Planning meals in advance is required each week to maintain discipline and structure.

  • If you have dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special medical needs, consult your physician before making any dietary changes.


5. WORKOUT REQUIREMENTS

  • Live workouts are one hour long and take place at 5 AM, 11 AM, and 8 PM London time.

  • If you miss a class, recordings are available for you to catch up at your convenience.

  • Participation in workouts requires completion of a medical assessment to confirm suitability.

  • A minimum of four workout sessions per week is mandatory—either from the April Laugh workout plan or independently.

  • You must report completed workout sessions to your accountability group.

  • Workouts must be performed as instructed to minimize the risk of injury.

  • April Laugh is not responsible for injuries or discomfort sustained during workouts unless caused by negligence.

  • During live workouts:

    • Phones must not be used to avoid distractions.

    • Microphones must remain muted unless instructed otherwise.

    • Disruptive behavior (e.g., late joining, unnecessary interruptions) is not permitted.

  • Workout sessions are recorded and made available on demand. By joining a session, you consent to recordings being stored on our app.


6. WEIGH-INS

  • Clients are responsible for tracking their own progress and weigh-ins at their discretion.

  • While weigh-ins are encouraged as a tool for monitoring progress, they are not mandatory and do not need to be submitted to the accountability group.


7. ACCOUNTABILITY

  • The online accountability group is a crucial part of this programme, providing motivation and guidance.

  • Participants must report their nutritional and workout progress daily within the WhatsApp group.

  • Private messages to the group coach should only be sent if absolutely necessary. Otherwise, all questions and discussions should be posted in the group so others can benefit from the responses.

  • Failure to comply with the User Accountability Policy may result in suspension or removal from the group.

  • If removed from the accountability group, you will still retain access to the meal plan and online workout plan.

  • Your success coach will be available Monday to Friday during working hours and Sunday evenings.

  • The WhatsApp group is a safe space for clients to share their struggles, celebrate wins, and learn from each other.

  • Success coaches are in the group to give feedback on your meals and workouts that you post in the group. However, they will not chase you if you do not show up. You must be ready to be disciplined and committed.

  • Live Monthly Coaching is hosted once a month by April & other coaches. This session is an opportunity for clients to ask questions and receive direct feedback on their journey.


8. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • You may have access to other participants’ confidential information, including photos, weight progress, or contact details.

  • Sharing, distributing, or storing another participant’s information without their consent is strictly prohibited.

  • If your device automatically saves content from the accountability group, you must delete it immediately.

  • April Laugh and fellow participants may pursue legal action if confidential information is misused.
